We need an English-fluent Marketing Coordinator, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update our WordPress website with relevant content, images, and updates.
  • Curate, write, and design engaging content for our newsletter, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and style.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Develop and design presentations, infographics, and other visual content for print and digital.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and graphic design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design, OR 3 + years in a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and content creation.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Newsletter Platforms, and Social Media planning platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adobe InDesign is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $800 - $1,500 per month and depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This client wants to start with a trial period of 3 months as a part-time, and then extend to long-term contract as a full-time contractor, based on performance.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
