We need an English-fluent Digital Marketing Inside Sales, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

  • Create a seamless and efficient outreach ecosystem that not only identifies and attracts potential leads but also nurtures them through personalized and engaging interactions.
  • Lead Generation by utilizing advanced tools and techniques to identify and attract potential leads that align with our business objectives.
  • Craft personalized outreach strategies to connect with potential leads, leveraging insights and data to enhance the effectiveness of our sales pitches.
  • Implement targeted email, personalized campaigns that deliver compelling content to engage leads, optimizing open and response rates.
  • Connect with and engage potential leads, using tailored messaging via Linkedin and other channels. 
  • Create meaningful interactions with leads, ensuring consistent and valuable communication to build trust and rapport.
  • Execute content strategies to build relationships and credibility. 


  • 2+ years of digital marketing sales experience.
  • Proven experience developing new business through cold-calling and networking and a successful track record to back it up.
  • Experience with B2B digital/advertising sales in the US market.
  • Experience with CRM’s and sales outreach automations/flow.
  • Ability to create and monitor email campaigns and newsletters using a marketing automation tool.
  • Perform market analysis and research on trending activities.
  • Organizing and planning new ideas to increase sales.
  • Well-crafted sales process/methodology.
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and develop strong business relationships.
  • Ethical with a high level of personal integrity and initiative.


  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1500 per month + commissions (the commission rate will be around 15-20%)., depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
