We need an English-fluent Account Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Getting client accounts.
  • Identifying potential clients.
  • Interacting with Hiring Managers of clients who regularly release contract and/ or contract-to-hire IT Staff augmentation services.
    Materializing existing vendor/ client accounts or contracts and building this network.
  • Generating requirements from new clients and existing clients.
  • Interacting with the client's technical panel for requirements gathering, submitting candidate profiles, interview status, and interview follow-up.
  • Developing and growing a client base by marketing the services for full-time placement solutions.
  • Marketing via video and telephone and conducting in-person and virtual meetings with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Participating in local association and networking events to solidify the business (preferred, but not mandatory for remote role).
  • Selecting well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders.
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service.
  • Resolving any issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Building and developing strong relationships with enterprise clients and hiring managers.
  • Supporting the delivery of top talent to clients in partnership with the International Recruiting Team and Center.
  • Supporting and motivating recruiters by aligning with clear goals and understanding of requisitions, constant communication, and constructive feedback on the delivery of talents.
  • Meeting weekly business development goals.
  • GOAL: Candidates must close a minimum of 3-4 Closures monthly.

Requirements:

  • Must have an existing client relationship and a proven track record of success in getting IT Clients.
  • 3+ years of experience in US-STAFFING.
  • Experience getting direct clients.
  • Experience working with prime vendors, and implementations.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Good experience in Account / Client Management.
  • Must be able to target new Direct Clients, MSP (Managed Service Provider)/VMS (Vendor Management System) & Implementation Partners.
  • Proven technology and/or recruiting background.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,300 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This client wants to start with a trial period of 2 months and then extend to long-term contract. 
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
