We need an English-fluent BI Analyst, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new data tables and visualizations where necessary to improve visibility into specific areas of the business.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Improve the effectiveness of product development, user acquisition, and design element decision-making through relevant analytics, visualization and reporting.
• Track, analyze, and measure relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets.
• Analyze and process large datasets using SQL which may include data cleansing and manipulation.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience with demonstrated proficiency in data analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, vlookup).
• Experience working with large datasets and ETL frameworks.
• Experience working with data querying platforms and visualization software including but not limited to BigQuery and Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data analytics results and boil them down into high-level concepts for the broader audience.
• Highly collaborative – the ability to work cross-functionally with internal & external teams.
• Has high attention to detail and quality.
