We need an English-fluent Motion Graphics Designer -  product focused, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement micro-animations and transitions for mobile and desktop applications.
• Create engaging onboarding experiences and product tutorials through animation.
• Develop motion guidelines and patterns for product features and interactions.
• Build and optimize animations for App Store and Play Store listings.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for motion enhancement.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of animations.
• Share knowledge and mentor other designers in motion design best practices.
• Document and maintain motion design patterns and specifications.

Requirements:

• 2+ y of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, specializing in Products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product-focused motion design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Lottie.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Deep understanding of animation principles and micro-interaction design.
• Experience creating animations optimized for mobile applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate product requirements into engaging motion solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

It´s a plus:

• Experience with Rive animation.
• Knowledge of iOS and Android animation guidelines and specifications.
• Understanding of technical constraints and performance optimization.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and basic programming concepts.
• Background in creating system-wide motion design patterns.
• Experience with AI tools for workflow optimization.
