We need an English-fluent Customer Success Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: You will be the primary point of contact for all client communications and provide Tier 1 support.
  • Strengthening Client Relationships: Through onboarding and Quarterly Business Reviews, you will foster enduring relationships with brands and agencies - helping them realize the full potential of Intentwise Ad Optimizer, Intentwise Analytics Cloud, and Intentwise Explore (AMC).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to address and resolve issues, ensuring seamless operations for our clients.
  • Product Updates and Roadmap Communication: Your role includes educating clients about the Company's roadmap and offering insights into upcoming developments that can further enhance their strategies.
  • Onboarding and Training Sessions: You will lead onboarding sessions for new and existing clients, understanding their goals and ensuring they are well-versed in extracting maximum value from our suite of tools.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage projects, maintain consistent follow-ups, and facilitate task coordination to address customer requests efficiently.
  • Industry Expertise: Staying at the forefront of Amazon and marketplace domain advancements, such as new APIs, updates to ads, and other relevant and up-to-date insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 3+ years of work experience in Customer Success.
  • 3+ years of Amazon Ads or Walmart Advertising experience.
  • 3+ years of Client Relationship Management.
  • Extensive experience in project management is essential.
  • Experience with ClickUp (preferable), Asana or Monday.
  • Exceptional client management and communication skills.
  • 1+ years of Intentwise or other similar advertising software experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in English.
  • A minimum of 6 hours of time overlap with US Pacific Standard Time Zone is required.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position includes a 3-month trial period, with the possibility of extension to a long-term.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
