We need an English-fluent Executive Assistant (Bookkeeper), based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage order placements, product tracking, and inventory using HousePro (Houzz Pro) and QuickBooks.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel) to support documentation and design-related tasks.
- Liaise with vendors and clients to confirm order details, track shipments, and handle pricing and product information.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed, working alongside the design and project management teams.
- Foster a supportive atmosphere in the design environment, helping to maintain workflow efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with QuickBooks, Houzz Pro, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Having an administrative and accounting/bookkeeping background is a must.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Interest, affinity, or background in interior design is strongly preferred.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position requires working in Pacific Time (PT) hours.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
