We need an English-fluent Social Media Specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and community growth across multiple social media accounts.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive content calendar for multiple brands.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) aligned with brand identities.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists on the Organic Team to implement content optimizations that drive organic growth on search engines.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms.
- Work closely with the larger User Acquisition team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, X, TikTok) across various brands.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain consistent voice and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid content creation skills, including text, images, and video production.
- Experience working with SEO specialists to align social and search content strategies.
- Experience with AI tools for generating content (e.g., text, images, or video).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Design experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media and storytelling.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills to manage multiple brands.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- A portfolio or examples of your work.
- Links to social media accounts you have managed.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $800 - $1,200 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
