We need an English-fluent Software Engineer (C++), based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a complex solution built on top of the Chromium project.
- Write efficient, clean, and maintainable C++ code with strong debugging skills.
- Apply deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and data structures.
- Work across multiple areas of the product, including non-C++ components.
- Collaborate effectively using Git as the version control system.
- Contribute to an ecosystem of services developed in various languages.
- Work with imperative programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Assist in the development of additional products and services within the ecosystem.
- Gain familiarity with additional programming languages like HTML, CSS, Java, Rust, or Perl as part of long-term growth.
- Explore tools like GN, Ninja Build System, and Gclient to support the build process.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Expertise in C++ development, with strong debugging skills.
- Solid understanding of data structures and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative workflows.
It's a plus:
- Experience with other imperative programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages like HTML, CSS, Java, Rust, or Perl.
- Familiarity with build tools and systems such as GN (Generate Ninja), Ninja Build System, and Gclient.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position includes a 3-month trial period, with the possibility of extension to a long term.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
