We need an English-fluent QA Engineer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
All Levels are required to attend annual company-wide and department ITAR training and comply with ITAR standards.
Level 1
Review and analyze system specifications.
Collaborate with the Product Manager and QA team to create effective strategies and test plans.
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and report results.
Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
Report bugs and errors to development teams.
Create test data.
Execute smoke test.
Execute functional test.
Other duties as required.
Level 2
Execute regression test.
Document and maintain test scenarios and test cases.
Design clear test plans identifying QA resources and environment to be utilized for testing a variety of software products.
Maintain automation scripts.
Perform review and acceptance of solution package.
Other duties as required.
Level 3
Help troubleshoot issues.
Create and maintain automation scripts.
Create test reports.
Make recommendations for improvement of solutions and minimize bugs.
Develop strategies to enhance to QA process.
Develop QA best practices.
Ensure security policies and change control processes outlined for QA test environments are
followed by all groups.
Create test plans.
Train and mentor other Quality Engineers.
Gathering, analyzing, and communicating test results to the project team and management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Information Systems or equivalent work experience is required.
- 5+ years of experience testing web and desktop applications.
- 5+ years as a Software QA Engineer is required.
- 5+ years of experience creating Automation testing with Selenium (C# webdriver).
- Working knowledge of test management software is required.
- 1+ years of experience using SQL is required.
- Knowledge of test methodologies and processes is required.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and executing test scenarios is required.
- Experience with Agile/scrum methodologies is required.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Vizio, Outlook, and Teams is required.
- Proven ability to quickly learn, understand and expand complex products, processes, and concepts.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the industry, development processes, and business priorities.
- Able to handle a high volume of tasks and deliverables.
- Superior communication skills for addressing colleagues and customers; the ability to present
- complicated concepts in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong focus and commitment to drive results.
It´s a plus:
- 5+ years of experience with regression testing.
- 5+ years of experience creating test plans.
- Experience testing ERP or CRM systems.
- 1+ years of experience testing integrations.
- Experience with Epicor ERP.
- Experience with manual and automation testing.
- Knowledge of test methodologies and processes.
- 1+ years of experience in performance, and load testing.
- 3+ years of experience with Jira.
- Working knowledge of test management software; Practitest.
- ISTQB certification.
- Practitest certification.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
