We need an English-fluent Content Creator (part-time), based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop compelling content for various channels, including:
- Graphic content for social media, emails, and ads.
- Ad copy and visuals for paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Email campaigns (2-4x per week), maintaining consistent tone and style.
- Landing page content optimized for SEO and conversions.
- Blog articles (1-2 per month) with expertise in executive groundtransportation.
- Social media posts (2-4x per week), ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Sales collateral/one-pagers for the sales team.
- Research industry trends and audience preferences to inform content strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals.
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish social media posts across platforms.
- Respond to comments, engage with followers, and foster meaningful connections.
- Monitor social media analytics and provide insights to improve engagement.
Project Management
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all assets.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members as needed.
- Review and edit content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create sales materials.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report on key metrics such as social media engagement, email open rates, and blog traffic.
- Suggest improvements to content strategies based on data insights.
Requirements:
- Some experience in content creation, social media management, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong writing and editing skills for diverse formats (social, email, blogs, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and email marketing tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative thinker who can craft engaging, on-brand content.
- Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000- $1,200 per month, for a part-time position (20 hours per week) and with a trial period of 1 month.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
