We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design and develop 2D graphics for trade shows, exhibitions, and events, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
• Create visually appealing layouts for flyers, POS materials, email marketing campaigns, and other print and digital media.
• Prepare rough drafts and present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Revise designs based on stakeholder input, ensuring final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the exhibitions or events industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including trade show materials, POS displays, flyers, and email marketing content.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience working with HubSpot, specifically in designing and managing marketing materials within the platform.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
