We need an English-fluent Project Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee telecom and construction design projects from initiation to delivery.
• Create, modify, and review construction and telecom drawings using AutoCAD.
• Review and validate construction and telecom-related drawings from drafters.
• Coordinate with internal teams and offshore contractors to ensure deliverables meet U.S. standards.
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve drawing accuracy and completeness.
• Track project milestones and ensure timelines are met.
• Support quality control and documentation processes.
• Communicate project updates and concerns to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management within telecom or related construction fields.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to create and revise telecom/construction drawings.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction and technical drawings.
• Strong familiarity with telecom infrastructure (e.g., fiber optics, site plans).
• Comfortable working independently and managing fluctuating workloads.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Strong organizational and task-prioritization skills.

It´s a Plus:

• Previous experience working with remote or offshore teams.
• Familiarity with U.S.-based telecom carriers' standards (e.g., AT&T, Verizon).
• Experienced with Small Cells, Macros, Mods, SA’s and MA’s.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project, ClickUp).
