We need an English-fluent SAP Project Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage ERP projects, with a strong focus on SAP systems and integration across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee project planning and execution using Agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery through effective task assignment and tracking.
  • Conduct and facilitate meetings (status updates, solution discussions), documenting outcomes and action items clearly.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA or ServiceNow, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • (Preferred) Leverage industry experience to support ERP initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in project management.
  • 4+ years of experience managing SAP or other ERP-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of the ERP domain, particularly the SAP ecosystem and its interactions with multiple systems.
  • Project Management Certification required; solid understanding of Agile methodology is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project (planning and updates), JIRA or ServiceNow, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Proven ability to lead meetings (e.g., status updates, solution discussions) and document minutes and action items effectively.
  • Skilled in task delegation and timeline tracking to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus.
  • Valid U.S. travel visa is preferred

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3,000 (Neg) per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This project is initially expected to last between 6 and 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
