We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Content Marketing Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Updating and publishing content on the corporate website.
  • Manage and execute all website content edits and new landing page creation using WordPress.
  • Uploading assets and updating forms across pages and campaigns.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams for website updates.
  • Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and quality across all website content.
  • Use Asana to manage project workflows, timelines, and team communications.
  • Manage Yoast SEO settings and best practices for published content.
  • Set up and monitor UTM parameters for campaign tracking.
  • Manage redirects to ensure SEO integrity and smooth user experience.
  • Perform ongoing technical SEO tasks (e.g., on-page optimization, site health checks, metadata updates).
  • Compress and optimize images to improve page speed performance.
  • Track updates, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with multiple team Members.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing content on a public-facing corporate marketing website.
  • Hands-on expertise with WordPress (page builders, plugins, and publishing workflows).
  • Proficiency with Asana (or similar project management tools).
  • Experience with Yoast SEO and technical SEO best practices.
  • Experience managing redirects, implementing UTM parameters, and optimizing page speed (including image compression).
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work during EST time zone hours.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this PART-TIME position varies from (USD) $600 - $750 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
