We need an English-fluent Sr. Microsoft Copilot Studio Dev Analyst, based in São Paulo, Brazil, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications within the Microsoft ecosystem tailored to financial industry needs.
- Build custom low-code/no-code AI solutions using Copilot Studio and related Microsoft tools.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing business processes to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
- Generate actionable insights and deliver contextual recommendations that support decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and cross-functional teams to create personalized user experiences.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry compliance requirements.
- Continuously monitor and optimize AI applications for performance, accuracy, and user adoption.
Requirements:
- 1.5+ years with relevant experience in Copilot Studio Projects.
- Experience in software development and programming.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Power
- Platform, and Azure AI is a must.
- Experience in sales processes and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Candidates must reside in São Paulo, SP.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,500 - $4,200 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This role follows a hybrid model: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will operate in a hybrid format, assigned to our client.
