We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Sales Representative, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients within target industries, including law firms, healthcare providers, and other businesses.
  • Proactively contact and pitch tailored advertising solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of their marketing needs.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas, with the opportunity to earn performance-based rewards for surpassing targets.
  • Lead negotiations, craft proposals, and close new business deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing client relationships from initial contact through ongoing follow-ups, renewals, and account check-ins.
  • Accurately track sales activities, maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems, and deliver regular progress reports to leadership.
  • Act as a “hunter”, relentless in pursuing new business opportunities and motivated by winning new clients and expanding market share.
  • Contribute to scaling the advertising platform by bringing energy, confidence, and a results driven approach to every interaction.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in out of home (OOH) or digital out of home (DOOH) advertising.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and persistent.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this Part-Time (20H/W) position varies from (USD) $500 - $600 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
