We need an English-fluent Software Developer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications and systems.
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Participate in system and architectural design discussions to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and maintain consistency across the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, international team members to solve complex technical challenges.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and maintainability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for software components as needed.
- Work in an Agile development environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the development process and product quality.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably with Java, Node.js, or similar backend technologies.
- Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Flutter.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, or Forecast.
- Strong understanding of Agile development and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with practices and DevOps workflows.
- Comfortable working in Linux environments and using Git for version control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Available to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
