We need an English-fluent Program Manager – Integrated Facilities & Engineering Services, based in Mexico, Colombia, Peru or Chile, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee large-scale IFM and engineering service programs across multiple sites and states.
• Serve as a key liaison with enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Manage the planning and execution of facility.
• improvement projects, maintenance programs, and equipment deployments (MHE, RDE, automation systems).
• Work closely with CPS Operations, Engineering, Safety, and Field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track KPIs, financials, and progress reporting; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop SOPs, training, and best practices to drive safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor project managers, coordinators, and subcontractors to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of verifiable program or project management experience in facilities, construction, logistics, or industrial operations.
• Strong technical background in Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Robotics/Distribution Equipment (RDE), and multi-site operational management.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-scale programs for national clients.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• A valid U.S. visa is required
