We need an English-fluent Marketing Strategist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-channel campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously (agency experience emphasized)
- Lead social media and paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with client goals
- Coordinate and manage teams or junior staff (1–2 years management experience ideal)
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for results
- Lead client communications and project management
- Handle high-visibility or sensitive campaigns professionally
Requirements:
- 4+ years of agency experience, managing multiple client accounts
- 4+ years hands-on social media and paid media experience
- Comfortable working with high-visibility or politically sensitive clients
- Strong English communication skills
- Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
It´s a Plus:
- Exposure to political campaigns, advocacy, or health brands
- 1–2 years management experience (leading teams or projects is highly valuable)
- Experience working with high-profile influencers or large audiences
- Crisis or rapid-response campaign experience
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
