We need an English-fluent Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC), based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions and gather business requirements for ServiceNow CSM implementations
- Analyze and document current and future state business processes
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
- Support configuration and implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure successful delivery
- Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow CSM implementations
- Assist with testing, user acceptance validation, and documentation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow implementations
- Experience implementing Customer Service Management (CSM) within ServiceNow
- Proven background in business process analysis and process improvement
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience working in Agile or iterative implementation environments
- Fluency in Portuguese is a must.
Required certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS- CSM)
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This is a four-month project requiring 30 hours per week.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
