We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Executive Assistant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day virtual assistant and marketing support activities.
- Own assigned deadlines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide proactive communication and regular status updates on ongoing work and priorities.
- Identify potential blockers early and communicate risks before they impact deadlines.
- Follow documented SOPs and Airtable workflows to execute tasks consistently and efficiently.
- Manage and organize digital assets.
- Upload and publish blog content across website platforms.
- Build, upload, and format email campaigns.
- Schedule and publish social media content across platforms.
- Support recurring monthly marketing projects and campaign execution.
- Manage content publishing workflows and marketing assets with strong attention to detail.
- Perform basic/light video editing.
- Assist with content repurposing and distribution
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or in a similar operations/marketing support role.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of deadlines and manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a proactive communication style.
- Comfortable working within documented SOPs, checklists, and workflow management tools (experience with Airtable is highly preferred).
- Experience with social media platforms, blog publishing tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Basic video editing skills (light editing only).
- Ability to work independently while escalating risks or blockers in a timely manner.
- Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small business owners.
- Familiarity with content marketing and campaign execution workflows.
- Experience using Airtable or similar project/workflow management platforms.
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve or optimize existing processes.
- Experience coordinating multiple marketing initiatives while maintaining high accuracy.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this part-time (15 H/W) position varies from (USD) $250 - $300 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
